We are looking for a Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience in IT sales to join our growing team in Pune or Mumbai. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, presenting products, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Product Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, explaining the value of our solutions in simple terms.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Account Management: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and report on metrics to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years of sales experience in IT solutions or related industries (virtualization, cloud services, data backup).
- Sales Skills: Hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social media sales techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Closing Ability: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services, data backup solutions, and CRM tools like Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals with clients at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling virtualization, cloud, or backup solutions.
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar tools.
- Ability to handle complex sales processes and large accounts.
