Leave Policy

At Virajo AutoSoft Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize the well-being of our employees and understand the importance of leave for various circumstances. Below are the guidelines for emergency, medical, and personal leave:

Emergency and Medical Leave:

Emergency and medical leave will be granted based on genuine situations that require immediate attention. Employees are required to inform their respective supervisors or the HR department as soon as possible to request emergency or medical leave. Documentation may be required for verification purposes.

Personal Leave (PL) or Optional Leave:

For personal or optional leave (PL), employees are requested to provide advance notice of at least one week. Leave requests exceeding one day require approval at least 15 days prior to the intended leave date. This advance notice allows for adequate planning and scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to workflow and operations.

We encourage employees to plan their leave in advance whenever possible to facilitate smooth coordination and ensure adequate coverage for their responsibilities during their absence.

For further clarification or assistance regarding leave policies and procedures, employees are encouraged to refer to the company handbook or reach out to the HR department for guidance.
