Scope of Services:
• Virajo Autosoft Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “the Company”) offers IT services, including but not limited to software development, consulting, and sales.
Payment Terms:
• Clients agree to adhere to the payment terms specified in the invoice. Payments are due on the agreed-upon date, and failure to comply may result in late fees.
Delivery of Services:
- The Company will strive to deliver services within the agreed-upon timelines. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and patents, related to services provided by Virajo AutoSoft Pvt. Ltd. remain the property of the Company unless otherwise specified in writing.
Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
Quality of Work:
- The Company is committed to delivering high-quality services. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to address any concerns promptly.
Refund Policy:
- The Company does not entertain refund requests once a process has been initiated. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly evaluate services before confirming their engagement.
Termination of Services:
- Either party reserves the right to terminate services upon written notice in the event of a material breach of the terms outlined in this agreement.
Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian court
Amendments:
- Virajo AutoSoft reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any amendments in writing.
